There're many
places you can visit while in Quito, Ecuador; the following
daily-tours are designed to give you the opportunity to explore
these interesting sites in a full-day experience on sharing-basis,
with private transportation and English speaking guide;
normally we operate these Quito surroundings' daily tours
with a minimum of 3 people and a prior notice of at least 48 hours,
but if you're part of a small group then we can confirm the departure
even earlier (private-basis and larger groups are also available,
please consult our rates).
There're cultural tours, shopping-cultural tours,
nature-adventure tours; in some of them will can add visits
or activities to the itinerary (subject to conditions), making the
tour more interesting.
If you're staying near Mariscal's zone, we'll pick you up
from your hotel, and will take you back there once the tour ends.
It's very important you to keep in mind to bring the necessary
clothing/ equipment, depending on the tour.
For example,
if you're interested in doing any mountain trekking or hiking
(like the Cotopaxi or Quilotoa), your should bring:
Good
mountain boots and socks, wind/ rain proof jacket and pants, gloves,
scarf, wool cap to keep your head and ears warm, sun cream, sticks
may help for the hiking.
For the Mindo cloud forest,
we recommend you to use rubber boots, mosquito repellent, quick dry
pants or shorts and cotton t-shirt, swimsuit.
