5 days/ 4 nights Volcanoes Avenue & Train Journey
Day
1. - Early departure from Quito to the Cotopaxi (5897
m.o.s.l.); visits & walks in the National Park; lodging and
dinner in Latacunga.
Day 2. - After breakfast, drive to the Quilotoa (4010 m.o.sl.):
walking-down to the Lake and hiking-up; drive to Riobamba for lodging
and dinner.
Day 3. - After an early in the morning breakfast, departure to
the Chimborazo volcano (6310 m.o.s.l.): mountain experience requested;
all the necessary equipment will be provided; return to Riobamba
for lodging and dinner.
Day 4. - After an early in the morning breakfast, Train Journey
to the “Devil’s Nose”; if the conditions are good,
possible panoramic view of the Sangay, Altar & Tungurahua
volcanoes; return to Riobamba for lodging and dinner.
Day 5. - After breakfast, driving to return to Quito.

Day
1. - Transfer-in Airport-Hotel in Quito/ Lunch/ Afternoon
Old Town Panoramic City Tour.
Day 2. - After breakfast, departure to Otavalo; on the way,
quick-stops at some nice spots like Guachalá and San
Pablo’s lake; visit to the Markets of Otavalo &
Cotacachi (fine leather articles); visit to the Cuicocha’s
lake; lodging and dinner.
Day 3. - After breakfast, visit to the Peguche’s waterfall,
and the spots of Illuman (elaboration of traditional hats)
and San Antonio de Ibarra (fine wood works); short visit
to the village of Cayambe; return to Quito for lodging and
dinner.
Day 4. - Early departure from Quito to the Cotopaxi
(5897 m.o.s.l.); visits & walks in the National Park; lodging
and dinner in Latacunga.

to the “Devil’s Nose”; drive to the city of Cuenca
for lodging and dinner.
Day 8. - Breakfast. Panoramic City Tour; after noon, visit
to the villages of Gualaceo (shoes and carpets’ works)
and Chordeleg (fine silver and gold works).
Day 9. - After breakfast, return to Guayaquil/ Quito.
